During my recent stay at the hotel in Quito, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's esteemed Cinco Sentidos Restaurant. The variety of Ecuadorian and international dishes was impressive and showcased the culinary innovation this city is known for. I was captivated by a memorable dessert prepared by the skilled pastry chef, perfectly complemented by a cup of exquisite Ecuadorian coffee. The ambiance was inviting yet sophisticated, providing a delightful backdrop for both leisurely breakfasts and refined dinners. My overall experience at the restaurant was enhanced by the attentive service, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Located in a vibrant part of Quito, the hotel offers easy access to various cafes and local attractions, making exploration simple and enjoyable. While the breakfast buffet could benefit from more variety, including meatless dishes, the standard remains commendable. I look forward to returning.
